While the fun and quirky donuts from Voodoo Doughnuts are a must-stop for many Portland visitors, Blue Star Donuts shouldn't be missed either. Their light and fluffy donuts made from a classic brioche recipe are made fresh from scratch daily and glazed to order. Selections change daily, but if available, the blueberry bourbon basil, chocolate ganache and Cointreau creme brulee are pretty spectacular.
